Johnson has failed to deliver
1st delivery slot - Tuesday 30 April - I waited in all day the delivery time was pushed out and eventually the time passed, so we went out for dinner and I sent my friend who was due to help build the machine home.
I had the option to rebook for Thursday or Friday 2 and 3 May, but chose an early delivery on 4 May because we needed to be out by 1pm. I called on Friday to check the slot which wss confirmed as after 2pm. I told them not to bother, but the didn’t cancel it, and on 4th May they called and apologised that my item wouldn’t be with me and booked to deliver by exception on Sunday 5 May with other delayed items. Again they failed to deliver.
On Sunday I checked the tracking and it stated that it was signed for on 4 May at 18:18, but we were out. On Monday I received a text to book the item for delivery and delayed booking, I finally chose the first available slot of Friday 10 May. It is due 7-7pm and I was supposed to get a slot last night but didn’t. I doubt it will arrive.
There is no rating lower for than 1, but considering I have not got the machine and I am being asked to rate because they have fulfilled my order 14 days ago, I would mark -5.
Johnson Fitness fail to answer the phone and really do not seem to appreciate the hassle and wasted time that they have caused.
